audit request

we will respond to your enquiry as soon as possible   Who needs a pension audit?
Where your spouses pension is rated A (significant) a pension audit can produce a higher pension value to use in offsetting resulting in more money for you today.

To find out if this applies to you, use our free audit rating table that will help you decide if you need a pension audit report in your case.

If the audit rating table shows a B (moderate) rating you can benefit financially from a pension audit report but not to the same extent as A (significant). However, if in your case the spouses cash equivalent value is material (eg large pensions of £100,000 or more) a B (moderate) rating can produce a significantly higher value to use in offsetting resulting in more money for you today.

If the audit rating table shows a C (negligible) or D (no benefit) rating, then a pension audit report will not be of benefit and there is no need to complete this form.

Cost of Advice

Full Report:
cost of advice: fixed fee of £450.00 plus vat.

The pension audit report is usually an 15 page document covering all aspects of the pension arrangements concerned. It can be used as evidence to claim more of your own assets in your divorce settlement, either during negotiations or by the court. 100% of this fee is due at the outset.

Duty to the Court
In conducting a pension audit for an individual we have a duty to the court both in preparing an unbiased, honest and accurate report and in giving oral evidence when required. Having regard for the client or solicitor instructions, we approach each report in the same way, applying the standard assumptions where applicable to each case as well as to every pension arrangement of both parties on divorce.

What happens now?

By submitting this form you are not under any obligation or commitment to request a pension audit report through us;

We will not give or sell your details to any third party unless you have given us your permission or unless it is necessary to do so to fulfil your enquiry and use the information only to produce a pension audit report;

On request, we will erase all information you have submitted to us that we have on our files;

If you have any difficulty completing the form, please let us know by email and we can call you to take your details;

When we receive this form and have checked that the details are complete, we will send a letter to your correspondence address with instructions for further information if applicable and the fee payment requirements;

Once we receive the appropriate fee for the pension audit report and any further information, we will make the necessary calculations and forward the results to your correspondence address;

Please understand that a pension audit report can only be of financial benefit and add value to the spouses pension arrangement where the audit rating table shows an A (significant) or B (moderate) rating. If the audit rating table shows your spouses pension arrangement as having a C (negligible) or a D (no benefit) rating there would be no financial benefit from a pension audit report;

If your spouse is as described on the pension audit report page and above, then from our experience a Pension Audit Report can make a difference in the value of the pension arrangements by between £50,000 to £150,000 in many cases (see audit results);

By speaking to us on the telephone you are not under any obligation or commitment to request a pension audit through us.
